Spend a week near the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan at this well appointed, designer decorated home on a dead end street that leads to a sloping path to Lake Michigan. This house is located nestled on a private lot backed by the dunes complete with an outdoor shower, fire pit, large patio and front porch and a rustic, guest room that sleeps an additional 2 people. Huge designer kitchen that will make cooking a fun community event, all new bathrooms throughout, a cozy wine drinking room with fireplace and a huge family room. The basement includes a bunkbed and pingpong table and tv- a perfect getaway for the kids. Master suite on the first floor, 2 queen guestrooms, and a built in bunkroom upstairs. Features the added delight of
a bed in a shed for cozy, quiet, moments.
Restrictions: Contact owners to find mutually acceptable dates; Blackout dates are June 30th - July 6th; September 3rd - 12th. Reservations must be made 6 weeks in advance. Must be used by 12/31/26. No pets or events.
