Le Bal is a biennial gala that supports the not-for-profit Alliance Française de Chicago's mission to champion French language, culture, and educational exchange, ensuring that French language and arts continue to flourish in our community.
The Woman's Board is a proud supporter of the Educational and Cultural Programs of the Alliance Française de Chicago, which was established in 1897. A favorite project of the Woman's Board is supporting the Étoile Scholars, an after-school French immersion and enrichment program for high school students from Chicago Public Schools, resulting in significant learning and life-change outcomes.
