Event Information

We have great expectations for what we can do together.

At 8 a.m. sharp, Interfaith Outreach Executive Director, Kevin Ward, will kick off our Caring for Kids Breakfast.

This year’s inspiring program features:

  • A behind-the-scenes look at 15 years of community partnerships that make CfK so successful at serving our littlest learners and their families—even in this challenging pandemic time.
  • The heartfelt story of how caring adults changed Kevin’s life when he was young.

Throughout the program, you will have an opportunity to donate and ensure our kids enter kindergarten ready to succeed. Support like yours shows our community at its best.

Caring for Kids (CfK), the foundational program of Great Expectations, provides quality early childhood education, parenting resources, and broad wrap-around support services for young kids and their families in partnership with our Quality Provider Network.

The Great Expectations Initiative, anchored by Interfaith Outreach and the Orono and Wayzata School Districts, is our community’s collaborative response to educational inequities.
