Jessica Holmes is a comedian and motivational speaker. As a comedian, she has brought the house down opening for giants such as Ellen DeGeneres, Jerry Seinfeld, and Oprah Winfrey. She performed at Just For Laughs, The Second City, and starred in the comedy series, The Holmes Show and Royal Canadian Air Farce.

As a speaker, Holmes has delivered motivational keynotes to respected brands like Walmart, Lindt, Sibos, and Farm Credit. She is a mental health advocate whose talks blend humor with messages on how to engage fully in a life of resilience and laughter. Holmes’ hilarious and inspiring book, Depression The Comedy: A Tale of Perseverance, was named one of Good Housekeeping’s “Best 36 Books on Depression”. She speaks English, French, and Spanish.

Holmes’ greatest joy is helping people take simple, sustainable steps towards fulfillment and well-being, one laugh at a time. In 2025, she will receive her Master's of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London.
