Join the Edward Foundation for a great night of FUN-Raising!

Bring your team of Friends, Family & Co-Workers to support enhancing patient care at Edward hospital and Linden Oaks.

• Purchase an individual ticket for $50 or a team of six for $300
• Includes 2 hrs. of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, salad & soda
• Additional food & beverage for purchase the night of the event
• Prize Raffles available
• Awards for Best Score, Best Team Name & Best Team Shirt

Limited Space available – register by February 14^th.

Registration priority will be given to teams of six. Small teams may be paired up.

2-hour limit for bowling, hard stop at 8pm.

Participation in best team name and best team shirt contest is optional.
