Omar Daghestani

Omar has been a relentless advocate for families and children served by Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center for the past seven years. Omar currently serves as Treasurer of our Governing Board and alongside his wife, Cathleen, has served as Co-Chair for the Luminary Award Dinner, helped engage elected officials, community leaders and new donors.

Beyond ChicagoCAC, Omar is an active civic and community leader. His service includes roles as Chairman of City Club of Chicago, Director of the University of Chicago Harris School Center for Municipal Finance Board, and Class Reunion Co-Chair for Harvard Kennedy School.

His leadership has been recognized by Crain's Chicago Business as a Notable Leader in Finance in 2023 and a Notable Leader in Philanthropy in 2025. Professionally, Omar is a Managing Director & Operating Committee Member of Stifel Institutional’s market leading public finance practice and serves clients nationally. Through his extraordinary service and philanthropy, Omar has strengthened ChicagoCAC's capacity to care for children and families while advancing a safer world, free from child abuse, domestic violence, and other threats of violence.

Harry Harczak

Harry J. Harczak, Jr. has served on the Advisory Board of Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center since 2008 and currently serves as its Vice Chair. A champion of efforts to create a safer world for children, Harry has led unforgettable events, driven sustained community engagement, and repeatedly invested in the success of the organization over the last two decades.

He retired in 2007 from CDW Corporation where he served in key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Product and Partner Management and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to CDW, Harry was an audit partner in the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand LLP, serving public and private companies across multiple industries. He serves on the Board of Directors and is Audit Committee Chair of Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. , Board of Trustees of The Goodman Theatre, and Board of Trustees and Finance Committee Chair of DePaul University.

Harry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Executive Program.

Wendy Jordan

Wendy Jordan is the founder of Sexual Abuse Speak Out (SASO), a non-profit organization formed in 2011 to prevent sexual violence, raise awareness about sexual abuse, and improve the resources available to survivors. Both as a community leader and as part of SASO, Wendy has made a lasting impact on ChicagoCAC and survivors across Chicago through her unforgettable work.

SASO’s Annual Poetry SLAM4SAAM highlights the importance of survivor voices and builds a collective movement towards breaking the silence around sexual abuse through the powerful medium of poetry and spoken word. By hosting SLAM4SAAM and other events, Wendy has brought community together to support ChicagoCAC’s vital work each year for over a decade now.

Since moving to Atlanta, Wendy has continued her philanthropy and advocacy efforts for survivors as a committee member for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy and a volunteer with Shepherd’s Rest Ministries. No matter where she is, Wendy works tirelessly to provide survivors with the visibility and care they deserve.
