Karting for Cancer is a high-energy, competitive fundraising event with a mission to make a real impact in the fight against cancer! Your team will go head-to-head in not one, but TWO thrilling challenges: raising the most money for basic science cancer research and racing to victory in our high-speed go-kart race! Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled thrill! This fast-paced race on the professionally designed Autobahn Country Club karting course will last 2 hours, with tailgating starting at 4pm and the race running from 7pm to 9pm. Experience professional-grade, high-performance racing as your team drives go-karts that can reach speeds up to 55mph on a half-mile track. With 15 teams battling it out, the action will be intense, including pit stops to keep the adrenaline pumping! Every team will complete the same number of pit stops, no matter how many drivers are on your team, and all drivers must take at least one lap. No experience required, helmets will be provided for all drivers. Drivers must be at least 16 years old, and those under 18 will need a notarized waiver. Don’t miss out on the adventure!
But wait... there’s more! The team that raises the most money before the Karting for Cancer race will earn pole position and get to choose their kart! All other teams will start based on their fundraising total (positions 2-15). Donations for pole position will be counted until Friday, September 26th at 11:59 PM. Contributions made after that time are still welcome, but they won’t impact your team’s starting position on race day. It's a race for the top spot in more ways than one
New This Year! We’re introducing two race classes: one for professionals and one for amateurs. Teams will self-select which class they want to compete in, and both classes will race simultaneously. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both categories – so everyone has a chance to take the podium! Whether you’re racing for glory or just for fun, there’s a place for you on the track this year!

Spectator Opportunities
Bring your friends and family to cheer you on as you race around the track as a spectator!! We will be having a tailgate in the parking lot adjacent to the track prior to the race for all spectators! More information to come about the tailgate party and how to purchase tickets, stay tuned!

Before the race, join us for an exciting tailgate party in the parking lot next to the track, featuring Moe Joe's Food Truck, a DJ, and more! New this Year! From 4-6pm, both spectators and drivers have the chance to hit the track for a thrilling 10-minute race.
