Bright Lights, Big Dreams: Healing Starts with Hope
When young people are surrounded by hope, healing becomes possible and brighter futures begin.
Join us for an inspiring evening at Lad Lake’s Bright Lights, Big Dreams, a celebration of the courage, resilience, and remarkable potential of the youth and families we serve.
We are honored to welcome Derek Mosley, JD, Director of the Lubar Center as our emcee. A respected Milwaukee leader and former Chief Judge of the Milwaukee Municipal Court, Derek will bring his warmth, energy, and deep commitment to the community to this inspiring evening.
Guests will enjoy a cash-bar cocktail reception, silent auction, elegant dinner, entertainment, and powerful stories of hope and transformation. The evening will also feature exciting raffle opportunities—including Southwest Airlines tickets, a fun card pull, and many more surprises throughout the night.

Bright Lights, Big Dreams brings together community leaders, corporate partners, volunteers, and caring supporters who believe every young person deserves the opportunity to heal, discover their strengths, and build a successful future.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience the impact of Lad Lake’s trauma-informed education, mental health, residential treatment, mentoring, and youth development programs. Together, we will celebrate how consistent support, meaningful relationships, and life-changing opportunities can help young people move beyond trauma and toward stability, confidence, and hope.
Proceeds from the evening will provide critical funding for Lad Lake’s programs serving more than 1,100 youth and families throughout Wisconsin each year. Your participation helps ensure young people facing significant challenges have access to the caring adults, therapeutic services, educational support, and opportunities they need to reach their potential.
Join us for an unforgettable evening and help us show young people that their past does not define their future.
Because healing starts with hope and hope makes bright dreams possible.
