Menu Details

Artisan Roll Assortment and Salad:

Roasted Minnesota sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, pickled red onion, fresh herbs, and baby kale with an orange basil vinaigrette.

 

Entree Choices:

Chicken stuffed with wild rice, apples, and cranberries with an apple demi glaze, gruyère potato and broccolini. (GF)

or

Vegan: Sweet potatoes with baked chickpeas seasoned with cumin, chili powder, and turmeric, finished with pico and a house-made sauce of hummus, garlic, dill, and lemon juice.  (GF, DF)
