Program will begin at 6:45 PM

For this special occasion, we're embracing the tradition of black tie attire. To maintain the sophistication of the evening, we kindly request that guests refrain from any casual attire. 

For our upcoming event, meal options will feature a dual meat choice. Additionally, we will ensure that these options cater to guests with gluten, dairy and nut allergies.

If you're vegan, kindly mention your preference in the special requirements.

Salad:  Baby greens, poached pears,

vegan mozzarella dried pears with a citrus vinaigrette

Dual Meat Entree: Pan Roasted Chicken Breast & Grilled Beef Sirloin

with a Mushroom Port Demi-Glace Charred Broccoli,

Rolled Carrot and Blistered Cherry Tomato with roasted potatoes

Vegetarian: Ratatouille and Quinoa stuffed Poblano pepper

with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis and garnished with Pan Fried Kale.

  Requested Time: 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. 

  How can you help: Volunteers will help with Check-in/out, set up, tear down, VIP Happy Hour, Technology, etc.  

  Proper Training and role assignments will be provided to you prior to the event. 

  Meals: Volunteer meals will be provided by Night of Hope

  Timeline:
  3:00-pm – Volunteers arrive for training / dinner
  4:45pm – Doors open & registration begins for VIP Cocktail Hour
  5:00pm – 6:00pm – VIP Cocktail Hour
  6:00pm – Doors open for GA
  7:00pm – Dinner
  8:00pm – Speakers / Live auction
  8:00pm – Silent Auction items moved to Volunteer Room
  9:00pm – Live Entertainment / Dancing begins
  9:00pm – Checkout begins
  10:45pm – 11:30pm – Teardown 
  11:30-1am – After party 
  
  Dinner:
  Dinner will be provided for you in the Volunteer Room. You may eat when you arrive at 3 pm or after the event has started and your duties are completed. 
  
  Dress Code:
  We are asking volunteers to wear either a white or black polo shirt or button down with black slacks. If you would prefer to wear black tie attire, you are welcome to! You will just need to wear the purple volunteer lanyard you will receive upon arrival.
