Located only in Omaha, QLI is a nationally acclaimed non-profit. Over the last thirty-five years, we have grown to be the largest specialized provider of brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation services and care in the country. Our relentlessly inspired team of experts use a visionary model that understands great rehabilitation is more than the science of recovery, it is also the art of rebuilding a life. QLI garners results that are life-changing for the individuals and families we serve.  

QLI is an innovative national leader and center of excellence. At the heart of this is commitment is our Life Path Services, a one-of-a-kind program that is not covered by insurance. We need your support for us to continue to grow this powerful program. 

Proceeds from QLI’s Golf Challenge support our Life Path Services. Life Path Services incorporates each client's passions, values and identity into their therapy and care, moving the focus from devastation to hope. Life Path Services is the reason families from 47 states (and three countries) have bypassed their local and regional providers to travel right here to Nebraska, to QLI, for our unrivaled expertise and care.
