This prize includes:
2 large (up to 3 ft tall, 2 ft wide) outdoor planters
OR
4 small-medium outdoor planters (12-18 inches tall, 12-18 inches wide)
For all four seasons of the year!
Plastic pots are included OR winner may provide Blossom with ceramic/stone/metal etc. pots of their choice *
Spring pots
Install: late April/mid May
Your custom pots will be filled with an assortment of spring/summer flowers and plants.
Summer pots
Install: June (before extreme heat)
A few spring flowers in your existing pots will be taken out and replaced with flowers and/or plants that can withstand heat and thrive all summer long.
Fall pots
Install: Late August-late September
All of the existing summer flowers will be taken out and replaced with fall plants that can withstand heat but also thrive in cooler temperatures - incorporating fall-colored flowers as well as ornamental cabbage, kale and/or peppers. Accessories like plant stakes, branches and pinecones can be incorporated.
Holiday/winter pots
Install: mid November-early December
All of the existing fall florals that will not withstand freezing temperatures will be taken out. Added to your pots will be some sort of miniature pine tree, holiday accessories/decor like wood logs, wood stems, evergreen branches, plant stakes, ornaments, bows etc.
*Winnings also includes biweekly maintenance visits in which your potted arrangements will be given plant food if necessary and flowers will be deadheaded in order to ensure your arrangements continue to thrive*
