On Friday, October 9, 2026, Tapestry 360 Health will hold its 11th Annual Gala, The Fabric Holds, at Venue West in Chicago.

The Gala is the organization's premier fundraising event, providing critical support for our continued growth and ability to deliver fully integrated healthcare. Funds raised help expand access to primary care, behavioral health services, maternal and pediatric care, refugee health programs, wellness classes, and many other essential services that strengthen our communities. 

At Tapestry 360 Health, we believe that quality healthcare is a human right and should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families throughout Chicago's North and Northwest Sides, and the near northern suburbs.

Today, we serve more than 28,000 patients annually across 15 community-and school-based locations, including health centers in six Chicago Public Schools. Our integrated model of care addresses the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every patient because we know that access to comprehensive healthcare builds healthier individuals, stronger families, and more resilient communities.
