For a minimum donation of $25, you can honor or memorialize a loved one or friend at the VICTORY Moulin Rouge with a White Rose. Your honoree or loved one’s family will be notified of your gift with a personal note.
(During checkout, you will be prompted to add a name for each rose purchased along with a name and address for where the notification should be mailed).
Any purchases made after Monday, April 14, will not be included in the night of program or sign. However, a notification of your purchase will be mailed to the recipient.
