Tim Canning and Todd Davies have worked together for years. They first met as students at Kendall College right here in Chicago, and then both went on to work for Chef Steven Chiappett's renowned restaurants Mango, Rhapsody, and Mossant Bistro. With over a decade of experience, both chefs came back to the Midwest to join forces once again.

Their unique interpretation of regional cuisines, rooted in classic technique, is the baseline for the food and wine menu at Cadence Kitchen & Co., sister restaurant to The Foxtail. Both chefs are bringing together their love and respect for local farmers, ranchers, and artisanal foods, to create an exciting culinary experience for the town of Downers Grove.



Caffe di Moda opened in June 2019 and is located inside the elegant Marq on Main in downtown Lisle. Since then, the Di Braccio family has been serving both authentic Italian espresso drinks and quality Italian foods that could be found in the streets and homes all over Italy.

Caffe di Moda owner Joe Di Braccio has created a menu of Italian street food inspired by his love of Italy. Each dish is the perfect complement to the Caffe's espresso bar and features fresh, flavorful and healthy elements of a classic Mediterranean diet.


Elements at Hotel Indigo is Naperville's premier destination venue for weddings, corporate outings, and social galas. Open now and booking through 2022.

Elements Executive Chef Zac Rogers began his Chicago culinary career at the Five Star, Five Diamond Four Seasons Hotel, where he was elevated to Sous Chef and was part of the team that earned Seasons it's first-ever Michelin Star. He is dedicated to delivering restaurant-quality food to Elements banquet guests.

SixtyFour - Wine Bar & Kitchen is a restaurant and wine bar in downtown Naperville, IL. This locally-owned and operated location opened in June of 2017 and features 64 wines by the glass every day in WineStations. They also offer 64 craft beers, curated cocktails and bold cuisine, and have been voted the #1 Wine Bar in the Western Suburbs three years in a row. SixtyFour - Reserve Room opened in 2018 and features an additional 16 wines by the glass. The space offers a variety of options for private events, wine dinners, and nightly dining.

SixtyFour - Wine Bar & Kitchen menus are devised by Executive Chef Patrick McLaughlin, formerly of Parker's Restaurant and Bar in Downers Grove. In his 30 years in culinary, he has served in Chicago kitchens including the Marriott, Hyatt, Neiman Marcus, and the University Club Chicago.
