Join horticulture expert Julie Wiesenhorn and Chef Beth Fisher for an exclusive Foodscape walk & culinary experience at the stunning Myers Education Center!
Step into the Foodscape at the Farm at the Arb, where a vibrant landscape of edible plants and creative gardening techniques come to life. As you stroll through the Edible Front Yard, Living Grass Patio, Meadow for Sharing, and Vegetable Garden, you'll discover innovative ways to grow food beautifully and sustainably—whether in a backyard, community space, or even a single pot!
During this immersive experience, learn about local bubbles from grapes and apples developed at the Horticultural Research Center while enjoying delicious bites made from the bounty of our foodscape. Treats include items like herb salted popcorn, vegetables w/garlic aioli, or kernza pizza w/squash sauce and sage.
This one-of-a-kind experience is perfect for garden lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone eager to explore the intersection of horticulture, sustainability, and culinary delight.
