Complementing the tasting is a culinary experience prepared on a brand-new 36” Blackstone Grill, which becomes the centerpiece of the night. Using premium meat selections from Ream's Meat Market in Elburn available at the time of the event and brand new Blackstone grill tools, Father Browning and Father McFadden will craft a thoughtfully curated menu that elevates classic flavors into a memorable, shared dining experience—fresh, indulgent, and perfectly paired with the bourbons being enjoyed.
