(However, all instructor and lesson fees are the responsibility of the winning bidder and are not included in this package).

Beach side restaurants are just a short walk away, and within walking distance from the home you’ll also find a full shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, hair salon, dollar store, ice cream shop, and even Starbucks for your morning coffee fix.
