Herb-Grilled Kuna Bay Salmon (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Succulent salmon grilled to perfection, served over a vibrant hash of caramelized sweet potatoes and fire-roasted summer corn. Finished with creamy avocado and a refreshing lime crema.
Pan-Seared Chicken Breast (Gluten Free)
Juicy, golden-seared chicken paired with a silky lemon potato purée and a medley of warm, seasonal vegetables. Topped with a delicate tarragon cream sauce for a refined finish.
Balsamic-Glazed Beef Short Rib (Gluten Free)
Rich and tender beef short rib, slow-braised and glazed with a bold balsamic reduction. Served with decadent creamed spinach and a velvety roasted butternut squash purée, finished with a savory demi-glaze.
Braised Portobello Mushroom (Gluten Free)
A hearty, slow-braised portobello mushroom offering deep, earthy flavor. Complemented by garlic-sautéed spinach and a smooth butternut squash purée, topped with a robust vegetarian demi-glaze.
