The Annual Teacher Fund honors those who educate and inspire our students, offering performance-based compensation to the incredible teaching staff at our acclaimed public charter schools. The Annual Teacher Fund provides a way for the network of BASIS Charter Schools to supplement teacher compensation, helping us attract, retain, and reward the very best educators.
