Home Point - formerly the Housing Crisis Center - is deeply committed to providing shelter, support, and resources to individuals, families, and veterans who are facing homelessness and housing instability. Through our housing assistance and homelessness prevention programs, we strive to build a community where no one is just housed - but also embraced by a network of care. We believe that restoring dignity to those in their most vulnerable moments uplifts our entire community.

We are the next stop for many after leaving the shelter. Home Point programs aim to bridge the gap for men and women who have exhausted their resources and have nowhere else to go. Home Point walks alongside those who courageously ask for help.
Proceeds from All Points Home will be utilized to support Home Point's programs and initiatives. It will be an evening filled with inspiration, community, and actionable steps toward positive change.
