Ticket Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS!

  • Exchanges may be offered as a courtesy (subject to a $5 fee) and must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE. 
  • Late seating is only allowed at the discretion of the Usher/House Manager.
  • Doors open 20 minutes before show time.
  • All unclaimed tickets will be released 5 minutes before curtain.
  • No outside food or drink allowed in the theatre.
  • Due to licensing and federal copyright laws, the use of cameras, video recording devices, and cellular phones is strictly prohibited.

Please call our Box Office at (972) 221-7469 and a member of Patron Services will be happy to assist you. Currently, our Box Office will be staffed ONLY during performance days, one hour prior to curtain. However, our team will be checking messages constantly so please leave a message for a call back...but we ask for your patience and understanding as responses may be delayed and take longer than usual.
