About Our Organization

Background

Founded in 2017 as Parents Against Child Sex Abuse (PAXA), KIDS TOO has reached millions of households in the media; worked as a non partisan organization on Federal legislation and Illinois policy; developed proprietary resources and research to close gaps in child protection in areas of sexual abuse, online safety and poverty.

Since 2020, the organization has worked on Educator Sexual Abuse initiatives leading to legislation passage in Illinois.  In 2023, dedicated funding led to specific Chicago Public Schools focus with a multi-pronged strategy to contextualize underlying issues and bring them visibility with an impactful media strategy.

Evolved Mission

In 2024,  KIDS TOO made a strategic shift to serve the needs of child protection, specifically in schools. KIDS TOO is a non-profit that advocates for legislation and policies that protect children from harmful adults, acts, and ideologies in school environments.
