Terriekka Cardenas is the Founder and CEO of Perceptive Engineering and PECS, LLC, a full-service engineering and construction management firm in Dallas, Texas. The firm, founded in 2015, was nominated as AEC Firm of the Year in 2019 by the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association. With over 20 years of experience, she has led projects for Fortune 500 companies like Ecolab, Pepsi, and Valspar. Passionate about STEM/STEAM education, Terriekka created Full STEAM Ahead! to improve access for underrepresented youth. She serves on several professional and civic boards, including the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Center for Brain Health. She is committed to reshaping industries and empowering the next generation.

Tiffani Martin is a Social Tech Entrepreneur, Creator of the Accessible AI Quotient, and Accessibility Strategist dedicated to advancing equity and inclusivity through technology. As a leader in omnichannel strategy and advanced automation, she transforms complex challenges into innovative, user-centered solutions that empower organizations to excel.

Fueled by her lived experience, Tiffani champions STEM education and workforce development with passion and purpose. Her accolades include recognition as one of Black Enterprise’s 40 Under 40, the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and the AI Innovator of the Year by the Black AI Think Tank. She has received the Lex Frieden Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Governor Greg Abbott and two proclamations from the city of DeSoto, Texas, for her contributions to disability awareness.

As the founder of VisioTech, Tiffani leads efforts to bridge accessibility gaps through AI-driven technologies, while inspiring audiences through her national speaking engagements and publications.

Rebekah Skeete is the Chief Operating Officer at BlackGirlsHack, where she drives efforts to empower underrepresented groups in cybersecurity through education and mentorship. As a Senior Security Engineer, she develops cutting-edge solutions to combat cyber threats, blending technical expertise with a talent for clear communication. A sought-after speaker, podcaster, and voice-over artist, Rebekah inspires audiences with her insights on tech, career growth, and diversity. Honored as a 2024 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40, she’s celebrated for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to creating opportunities for others in tech.
