Dr. Natasha Gresham is the Director of The Center for Counseling and Behavioral Health at The Potter’s House of Dallas, led by Bishop T.D. Jakes. Natasha has over 20 years of experience working with a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, politicians, faith-based organizations, and top universities. Her approach emphasizes integrity, confidentiality, and empathy.
With multiple advanced degrees and numerous certifications, she stays at the forefront of her field. Recognized for her contributions, Natasha received the “Presidential Volunteer of the Year” award in 2019 and was honored at the United Nations for her work in mental health. Passionate about lifelong learning, she is committed to sharing insights on inner healing, hope, and renewal. Her greatest joys are her family, travel, reading, and embracing new adventures.

Joy Laurice Johnson is a seasoned Senior Communication Specialist at American Airlines, with over 20 years of experience across various industries. In her role, she strengthens communication within the Flight Operations Team, supporting senior leaders, 15,000+ pilots, and frontline employees through essential updates, educational materials, and new hire training.
A Business Administration graduate from Florida A&M University, Joy’s career spans customer service at American Express, call center operations at Citibank, and sales at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Transitioning to communications, she has dedicated herself to bridging understanding and connection.
Beyond her role, Joy volunteers her skills at The Potter’s House of Dallas, provides voice-over services worldwide, and conducts communication workshops for small businesses. She has also anchored news and weather segments at KCBI 90.9 FM in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Joy is passionate about empowering others to articulate ideas and embrace their voices, helping them achieve their goals through clear and impactful communication.
