About Our Organization

Friends of Onahan is a passionate, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting Onahan Elementary, our local CPS school. Located on Raven Street in Norwood Park, Onahan serves 660 students from Pre-K to 8th grade and boasts a vibrant and diverse parent community. Through social events and collaborative partnerships with local businesses, we aim to unite our community in raising funds that directly benefit our students.

Our primary goal is to enhance the educational experience by providing essential resources, with a focus on health, wellness, and other needs identified by our school administration.
