House of Shine is a leadership development nonprofit. Our mission is to strengthen communities by growing confident, self-aware and resilient leaders who are equipped with a deep understanding of themselves and why their contributions to the world matter. 

Through our interactive self-discovery museum, experiential curriculum, personal development and community-building programs, we empower leaders to uncover their SHINE—the Strengths, Hobbies, Interests & Irritants, Needs, and Experiences that make each of us unique.
