St. Peter has been an integral part of the local community since it was founded in 1847.
St. Peter School is committed to fostering academic excellence through individualized attention in the Christ-centered and family-friendly environment. In fact, 40% of our students test in the top 10% nationally. At St. Peter, every child is loved as an individual. For generations, our highly educated and Illinois-licensed staff have guided students towards unlocking and reaching their full potential in learning and in character. By embracing the whole child, we aspire to cultivate bold, compassionate Christian leaders that succeed in the classroom and beyond.
The St. Peter Gala Committee & PTL (Parent Teacher League) supports the education of students at St. Peter by augmenting resources, fostering relationships, and creating fellowship opportunities for families. It is through lots of fundraising and support from the community that we are able to provide funding for new technology, new STEM curriculum, student programs, and facility updates at our Pre-K through 8th grade school.
