Raise your glass for WineFest—A Toast to Children’s Health, a legacy poured with purpose. For nearly three decades, WineFest has blended the art of fine wine with the power of philanthropy, advancing revolutionary pediatric research at the University of Minnesota. This commitment transforms lives at M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital and sends hope across the globe—like a vintage that grows more exceptional with time. 

It’s only fitting that our 29th WineFest honors another enduring legacy: Napa Valley’s legendary Highway 29. This storied route winds through sun-kissed vineyards and charming towns—Rutherford, St. Helena, and Calistoga—where travelers savor world-class wines, dine on farm-to-table cuisine, and celebrate the art of living well.

This year, WineFest guests will indulge in exceptional wines—many hailing from Napa—delight in California-inspired dishes, bid on extraordinary auction packages, and mingle with acclaimed Honorary Winemasters.

FRIDAY, MAY 8

Magnum Meander | 12:30 - 3:00 p.m

Begin the weekend with our Magnum Meander where you’ll mingle with our esteemed Honorary Winemasters and discover the stories behind their exceptional wineries. Guests will enjoy a remarkable culinary adventure, sampling sips from select large-format bottles, and small bites specially prepared to complement the wines. This unique experience is guided by Jason DeRusha (WCCO radio host and local food critic) with participation from select superstar Minnesota sommeliers. DLynn Proctor (star of the Netflix documentary Somm and Wine Director of Fantesca Estate and Winery) will be a roaming correspondent in the audience. Sponsors will receive access to elevated seating for an enhanced Magnum Meander experience.

Grand Tasting | 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Grape Stomp After-Party | 9:30 p.m. - midnight

The Grand Tasting is one party you don’t want to miss. Take your pick of dozens of signature selections from the Twin Cities’ hottest restaurants, plus 400 distinctive wines from around the world. Rub elbows with our Honorary Winemasters, bid generously on unique auction lots, and learn more about the revolutionary research and care offered at M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital. Finally, kick off your shoes for the Grape Stomp After-Party.

Bubbles & Brunch | 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Experience WineFest all day by beginning at Bubbles & Brunch on Brunch Boulevard! This festive morning will feature a decadent brunch, lively program, spirited auction, specialty beverages, and more.

Sparkling Reception | 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Fine Wine Dinner | 7:00 p.m. - midnight

Fine Wine Dinner, which starts with a sparkling reception, is an exquisite dinner that features a multi-course gourmet menu with premier wine pairings from Honorary Winemasters, a live auction, and dancing. Approximately 700 guests—leaders of the Twin Cities corporate and philanthropic community who are food connoisseurs, fine wine lovers, and world travelers—attend the evening’s festivities.
